About Jay and GynoTreatment

I've had gyno since middle school. This site is the guide I wish someone had handed me at 14.

Who I am

I write here as Jay. It's a pen name; the chest is real.

My gyno showed up in middle school. A doctor told my mom it would probably go away. Thirty years later, I've still got a firm disc under each nipple, a drawer full of compression shirts, and a long list of pool parties I found reasons to skip.

Along the way I did most of the things this site talks about. I lost 30 pounds in my twenties, which made my chest smaller and left the gland exactly where it was. I learned which shirts hide it and which roll up by lunch. I priced surgery more times than I can count, and I read a lot of medical papers trying to understand why my gyno never left when most guys' does.

What I'm not

I'm not a doctor, a surgeon or a nurse, and I'll never pretend to be. Medical pages on this site explain what published medical sources say, in plain words, and list those sources at the bottom so you can check them. They're here to help you have a better conversation with your own doctor, not to replace one. The full version is on the medical disclaimer page.

What this site sells, and what it doesn't

Nothing of its own. No pills, no creams, no program, no clinic. The site pays for itself with ads, which are always labeled, and with Amazon affiliate links on product pages, which earn a small commission when you buy. Neither decides what a page recommends. That's why I can tell you when a product is a waste of money, or when the honest answer is "wait a year." How links work is on the affiliate disclosure page, and how products get picked is on how we review.

The rules I write by

Every medical fact has a source you can click. Made-up example stories are labeled as made up. Real success stories link to the person's own post or video. Product pros and cons come from patterns in real buyer reviews, rewritten, never copied, and I never claim I've worn something I haven't.

If you spot a mistake, please tell me. I'd rather fix it than be wrong.
